thanks. for me the lesson is that I look for what I want to see. And, if you are seeing things that you don't want to see than you need to do some personal work. It's all interpretation of vibration and establishment of preferences. There really is no assertion.

No I haven't mentioned it to odesk but probably should. Don't let it concern you, just set up a separate team for each person. The team room doesn't seem to be used for anything anyway, there are other ways for team members to interact.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I have only just setup oDesk and hired my first SEO worker.

I was planning on hiring a few others but now you got me worried.

Have you mentioned this issue to the oDesk support team?

I am not as creative as Sharon. However I did find a product that appears to meet all my needs and more in a treadmill desk. It is called TrekDesk and I found it at www.trekdesk.com. It also incorporates a pretty unique exercise ball chair into the equation. I am looking forward to getting started, has the Smooth been holding up well?

Really glad to know that you enjoyed the conference and found the content of great value. I know that as someone who was in the *front* of the room, I certainly enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone in Chicago too! :-)

Hello Sharon,

I fell in love with you as soon as I read "Many analysts think that local portals are the future of the web, and will eventually turn out to be the most profitable sites of all." in your "Get Thee To Thy Local Portal" articule.

Having spend the last 10 years researching and developing "Local Portals" finding you is quite a wonderful surprise. I will be looking through everything linked to you over the next few days to see what other gems of information you have stored away?

I expect to be chatting again with you soon.
